3. Employees of leapeducation, their agents and families are excluded from entering the draw.

6. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of receipt.

8. There will be 1 prize winner with 1 prize each.
1. Entries must be received by 5.00pm on Monday 28th February 2011. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
2. The draw will take place after 5.00pm on Monday 28th February 2011. The winner will be notified by email, phone call or letter on or before Monday 14th March 2011.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time.
4. The winner may also be contacted by the promoters agents or third parties to arrange provision of the prize.
5. Should leapeducation be unable to contact the winner, or the winner fail to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter, before 5.00pm on Monday 14th March 2011, another winner will be selected at random.
6. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by submitting an entry form online at http://www.leap-education.co.uk.
7. The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List – FREE TUITION WINNER, Leapeducation, 5 Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds LS15 4LG within 1 month of the competition end, provided a SAE is enclosed.
9. All entrants to the competition may be contacted by leapeducation with other promotional offers.
10. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
